We have introduced a new US domestic delivery method — UPS Mail Innovations — as a more cost-effective alternative to USPS for lightweight consolidated shipments and orders fulfilled directly from our US warehouse. This service helps reduce shipping costs for small packages.

UPS Mail Innovations is most cost-efficient for:

• Shipments weighing up to 2.27 kg (5 lbs)
• Parcel volume up to 0.028 m³ (1 cubic foot) (approximate box size: 30 × 30 × 30 cm)

For shipments weighing under 454 g (1 lb), the rate adjusts based on tiered weight brackets:

• Up to 113 g: 1–4 oz
• 114–227 g: 5–8 oz
• 228–340 g: 9–12 oz
• 341–454 g: 13–16 oz

Each weight bracket has its own rate based on the delivery destination zone. Because of this, the service is especially economical for lightweight parcels: the lighter the package and the closer the delivery zone, the lower the shipping rate.

• Estimated delivery time: Approximately 3–7 business days.
• Parcel dimensions: If the volume exceeds 0.028 m³ (1 cu. ft.), the rate may be calculated based on dimensional (volumetric) weight. If the longest side exceeds 55 cm, an additional surcharge for non-standard dimensions will apply. These parameters are automatically factored into the shipping cost during order creation in the system.
• Delivery specifics: UPS optimizes the transit route dynamically and may transfer the package to a local partner carrier (such as USPS) for the final-mile delivery, depending on which option provides the fastest and most efficient handover.
