So that you are always one step ahead and know exactly where your shipments are — let's break it down:
- Express delivery (FedEx Ukraine/Poland, DHL Ukraine)
- The tracking number appears immediately after payment for the label — in your account on SkladUSA.
- Consolidated shipments (to the US):
- The tracking number for the order will appear after the warehouse in Kyiv receives and processes your parcel (the funds will be automatically debited from your balance).
- The tracking number for consolidation will be provided by the end of the day.
- A confirmation letter with tracking numbers will be sent to your email.
How to track?
While the shipment is on its way to the US:
Track the pre-consolidation tracking number on the FedEx website fedex.com/en-us/tracking.html
When the shipment arrives in the US:
The tracking number for the order will become active, and you will be able to track each order separately on the website of the selected carrier (for example, USPS tools.usps.com).
