DHL Parcel - replacement of the service for consolidation shipments to the EU with paid IOSS
with delivery time of 6-7 days from the warehouse in Kyiv (47 Elektrotechnichna St.)
For consolidated shipments with paid IOSS to EU countries, a new service - DHL Parcel - will be used from now on, with delivery time of 6-7 days from the warehouse in Kyiv (47 Elektrotechnichna St.).
An important condition is that all orders must be packed and ready for shipment. When creating an order, you must include an invoice from the marketplace confirming payment of IOSS.
Maximum weight of shipments: 31.5 kg
Minimum dimensions of a packed parcel: 10×15 cm
Maximum dimensions: 120×60×60 cm
Packaging restrictions: any stretch film in the outer packaging is prohibited. The use of boxes or courier bags (poly bag) is recommended.
IMPORTANT: All new arrivals for EU Consolidation shipments and balances not shipped on April 11 will be re-issued to DHL Parcel .
