Today, we are launching a new section on our YouTube channel - we are introducing you to the people who work every day at our warehouse in the United States. This is not just a team - these are the people who turn orders into unique items.

Our first heroine is Kateryna. She came from Kharkiv and now works in the engraving department.

“Every morning I get a list of tasks: notebooks, watches, wood and leather accessories. Sometimes it's just a client's name, and sometimes it's a whole design. Each project is something new,” she says.

Kateryna admits that the greatest pleasure is to create a product that perfectly meets the client's expectations. But the seasonal holidays are a real challenge:

“In the pre-Christmas period, we worked 10-12 hours a day. It was a marathon, but we did it because we knew our customers were waiting.”

And even the hard work has its moments of happiness. For example, adjusting the laser to the millimeter to make everything look perfect. Or when you first see the finished result - a perfectly engraved inscription on wood or leather.

Kateryna is just the first person we'll introduce you to. Because service is about people. People who love what they do.
